£27,000 to £32,000 basic salary + £15,000 OTE commission
We are looking for ambitious graduates and early career professionals to join our growing sales team as Sales Development Representatives. No previous sales experience is required. We provide full training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you develop into a successful sales professional.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is target driven, motivated by success, and eager to learn in a fast paced business environment.
The Role
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and introducing potential clients to our solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Identifying and researching prospective business customers
- Engaging with decision makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Booking qualified meetings for the senior sales team
- Building strong relationships with prospective clients
- Learning consultative selling techniques and market knowledge
- Achieving and exceeding activity and performance targets
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system

- Graduate or early career professional
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in B2B sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional approach
- Target driven mindset with a desire to succeed
- Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Customer facing experience is beneficial but not essential
