Location: Eltham, Greenwich
Contract: September 2026 to July 2027 (Term-Time Only)

A well-regarded primary school in Greenwich is seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs, ensuring they can access learning and make excellent progress.
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work with children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, offering academic support, emotional encouragement, and social development guidance. You'll gain first-hand experience supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and SEMH needs, making this an excellent opportunity for graduates interested in SEN education or psychology-related careers.

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant - Key responsibilities:
- Providing in-class support for children with SEN across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to individual learning needs
- Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and SEMH needs
- Assisting teachers with lesson resources, classroom management, and progress monitoring
This role is ideal for recent graduates aspiring to become Educational Psychologists, SEN teachers, or those passionate about supporting vulnerable children.
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant - We're looking for:
- A recent graduate with a 2:1 or First-Class degree (any subject considered)
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN (voluntary or paid)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment from September 2026 to July 2027
