A supportive SEN School in Devizes is seeking a dedicated Graduate to join their team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. You will support pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and associated mental health needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to develop valuable experience supporting children with additional learning needs and disabilities.

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, communication, sensory regulation, and emotional well-being for children who require high levels of personalized support. You will work alongside teachers and SEN professionals and gain practical experience adapting learning strategies, supporting behavior, and utilizing therapeutic strategies.
The school is seeking a dedicated and hard-working graduate (ideally 2:2 and above). Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential. You must have a genuine passion for supporting young people.
