Primary Schools across Greenford are looking for Graduate SEND Teaching Assistants to support children with additional learning, communication, and developmental needs from September.
These aren't simply classroom observation roles. You'll work directly with pupils, helping them access learning, develop independence, and engage positively with school life.
This could be an excellent first step for graduates considering careers in teaching, SEND, psychology, therapy, or other child-focused professions.

Requirements
- Degree in any subject

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
