We are recruiting a Graduate Site Engineer to join a tier:one infrastructure leader on a flagship scheme in the Southwest. This is a unique opportunity to work on one of the UK's most complex, regulated infrastructure projects, overseeing construction accuracy and safety at site level.

The Role

Acting as a key liaison within the Site Management Authorisation team, your day:to:day will involve:

  • Oversight and Compliance: Ensuring site activities strictly align with Safe Systems of Work (SSoW), RAMS, and Permit controls.
  • Technical Management: Reviewing drawings, updating site CAD files, and raising TQs, RFIs, and NCRs.
  • Coordination: Chairing subcontractor meetings and managing daily site interfaces.
  • Progress Tracking: Scrutinising short:term schedules and recording daily activities via diaries and photos.
  • Handover: Collating and completing project documentation required for final handover.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2+ years of site engineering experience with developing technical construction knowledge.
  • Qualifications: Degree, HND, or HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Site Ready: Valid CSCS card and SMSTS / IOSH certification.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office and basic CAD (BIM, P6, or Aphex scheduling is a plus).
  • Regulated Sectors (Desirable): Knowledge of CDM/highly regulated environments or Nuclear training (Triple Bar) is highly advantageous.
