Role: Graduate Social Media & Content Executive
We are looking for a Graduate Social Media & Content Executive to take ownership of our Wolverson Fitness social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
You will be responsible for shaping how Wolverson Fitness looks and feels to our followers and lifting community, whilst identifying opportunities to expand into new and emerging platforms.
If you are someone who sees content differently, spots trends early, and wants to own a channel with huge cultural influence - this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Wolverson social channels, driving the content, tone, and performance
- Create high-impact, platform-native content that connects with the lifting community
- Live and breathe the lifestyle by actively lifting and weight training yourself
- Be comfortable presenting both on and to the camera, acting as an authentic face of the brand
- Identify opportunities to expand Wolverson into new platforms (e.g. TikTok)
- Stay fully immersed in lifting culture, trends, and key influencers
- Develop, shoot, and publish content
- Capture content at events, shoots, and community moments
- Track performance and optimise content against engagement and growth KPIs
- Build connections with creators and influencers to elevate content output

Essential:
- Degree in Creative Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Photography, or a related discipline.
- Passion for social media, digital content, gym culture, fitness racing, CrossFit etc.
- Strong creative eye with an understanding of visual storytelling and aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Basic photography, video editing, or graphic design skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
