Role Overview
As a Graduate Salesforce Consultant, you’ll join Arlanis Reply’s Salesforce development team, driving innovation in solution design and delivery. This role offers:

Responsibilities
- Development and configuration of complex Salesforce solutions (initially code-focused)
- Design, code, and debug custom Salesforce solutions for clients
- Define and document operating procedures
- Translate technical and business requirements into implementation strategies
- Support project delivery, including on-site client support activities
- Analyse client organisational workflows, requirements, and operations
- Develop recommendations, technical design documentation, and cost/time estimates

Requirements: About the Candidate
Qualifications & Education
- Degrees in IT, Computer Science, or technology-related subjects, with a 2:1 (or higher) classification
- Nearing completion or recently achieved Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java or C++ (advanced)
- Experience with JavaScript/HTML frameworks
- Expertise in Relational Databases and SQL queries
- Interest in cloud-based development solutions
Soft Skills & Flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand complex business processes
- Open to travel (local & international) and multi-project workloads
