Graduate Software Engineer (C++ Specialist) – Motorsport – London

Starting: Summer 2026

Are you passionate about sport and building world-class software? Join us as a Graduate Software Engineer, shaping the future of motorsport performance in London. This is a C++ role, but knowledge of another object-oriented language (e.g., C# or Java) will be considered.


🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Develop software: Design and implement elite-level motorsport applications using robust software engineering practices to deliver high-performance features.
  • Bug fixes: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs while assisting our support team with technical queries.
  • Stay on target: Deliver goals efficiently and provide regular progress updates to the team.
  • Document & test: Contribute to technical documentation and help develop test-driven design solutions.

✅ What You’ll Need

  • C++ experience (or experience in an object-oriented language like C#/Java and a willingness to scale into C++).
  • Degree in computer science or another technical/scientific discipline.
  • Experience in efficient data structures and algorithms.
  • Strong passion for technology.
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English (UK).

💡 Nice to have (but not essential):

  • A passion for motorsport.
  • Experience with UI/UX principles or data visualization.
  • Familiarity with Windows application development.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies or tools.
  • Visual Studio development experience.
  • Experience with video processing applications.
  • Basic networking awareness.
