About the opportunity

Job Title: Graduate - Software Engineer

Work Location: Telford, West Midlands (Work from Office – 5 days a week)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (Graduate Role)

Salary: £25000 to £28000

This role requires security clearance; hence candidates must be UK nationals or have lived/worked in the UK continuously for the last five years.

Your roles and responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using low-code platforms and related technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Translate business requirements into functional applications
  • Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications
  • Continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards

Eligibility criteria

  • B. Sc or B.E in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology
  • Candidates graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026 MUST apply
  • Due to security clearance requirements, candidates must be UK nationals or have lived/worked in the UK continuously for the last five years
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C or C# or visual basics)
  • Willingness to work from the Telford office, 5 days a week
  • Must have right to work in the UK

Desirable criteria

  • Exposure to low-code platforms
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Internship, project work, or practical experience in software development
  • Awareness of Agile methodologies
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in low-code technologies
