About the opportunity
Job Title: Graduate - Software Engineer
Work Location: Telford, West Midlands (Work from Office – 5 days a week)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (Graduate Role)
Salary: £25000 to £28000
This role requires security clearance; hence candidates must be UK nationals or have lived/worked in the UK continuously for the last five years.

Your roles and responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using low-code platforms and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Translate business requirements into functional applications
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications
- Continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards

Eligibility criteria
- B. Sc or B.E in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology
- Candidates graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026 MUST apply
- Due to security clearance requirements, candidates must be UK nationals or have lived/worked in the UK continuously for the last five years
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C or C# or visual basics)
- Willingness to work from the Telford office, 5 days a week
- Must have right to work in the UK
Desirable criteria
- Exposure to low-code platforms
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Internship, project work, or practical experience in software development
- Awareness of Agile methodologies
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in low-code technologies
