Graduate Software Engineer | London | Up to £54,000 + NYC Onboarding
If you've recently graduated from a Russell Group university and have an exceptional academic record, this is one of the strongest opportunities currently available in London.
I’m working with a rapidly scaling US AI startup to build their founding engineering team in London.
About the Opportunity
This isn't a traditional graduate programme.
There are no lengthy training schemes, layers of management, or years spent waiting for meaningful responsibility.
Instead, you'll join a small, high-performing engineering team where you'll be building production software from day one, working directly with senior engineers in New York, and helping shape the future of a fast-growing AI business.
For ambitious graduates who want to accelerate their careers, the learning curve is difficult to match.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
