- Build software that matters: Take end-to-end ownership, turning ideas into products that scale.
- Amplify with AI: Seamlessly integrate AI tools into design, implementation, testing, and documentation—boosting speed without sacrificing correctness, reliability, and maintainability.
- Master your toolkit: Work across monoliths, microservices, gRPC, REST, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL, Python, Rust, and more—applying technologies purposefully, not trend-chasing.
- Simplify relentlessly: Challenge complexity at every level—improve architectures, pipelines, and codebases to make them scalable, maintainable, and efficient.

- Junior roles:
- ~£85,797 (London) and €65,065 (above Europe)
- Senior roles (depending on impact):
- Up to £250,512 (London) and €188,848 (other Europe)
- Performance-based incrementing with experience, scaled by contribution.
- Optional equity discounts when eligible contributors are on permanent contracts.
- Tax breaks for relocation to Italy (up to 50%).
