Tax Technology Associate
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)

Are you a Computer Science, Data Science or Software Engineering graduate (or early career professional) looking to apply your technical skills in a client-facing consulting role?
We're working with one of the UK's leading professional services firms as they continue to grow their specialist Technology Consulting team. This is an opportunity to work with some of the UK's biggest businesses, helping them automate processes, analyse data and deliver innovative technology solutions that make a real commercial impact.
You'll work alongside experienced consultants on high-profile projects, gaining exposure to FTSE-listed organisations while developing your technical and consulting skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing
- Deliver technology and automation solutions for a wide range of enterprise clients.
- Build data analytics solutions to improve business processes.
- Work with low-code automation platforms and data tools.
- Help clients optimise ERP and finance systems.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders, presenting ideas and demonstrating solutions.
- Learn from experienced consultants and rapidly develop your technical and commercial expertise.
We're looking for people with
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, AI, Mathematics or a related subject.
- Strong foundations in Python, SQL and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with clients.
- A genuine interest in automation, AI and solving complex business problems.
- A proactive attitude, strong curiosity and the desire to learn quickly.
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics etc.) or low-code tools such as Alteryx, KNIME or Power Automate would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
