Graduate Software Engineer

An innovative organisation in the digital insurance space is looking for a Graduate Software Engineer. The successful candidate will join a rapidly growing team to help shape and scale a modern platform during a key period of product expansion.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver high-impact features and lead cross-functional projects across the full stack.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to build user-first solutions.
  • Influence platform architecture and engineering practices while maintaining clean code standards.
  • Tackle meaningful, end-to-end technical challenges within a microservices environment.
  • Contribute to product and team direction in a high-growth, fast-paced setting.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Computer Science or a STEM subject from a Russell Group University.
  • Full-stack engineering experience with a quality-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Python for backend development and modern frontend frameworks like Angular.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with peer reviews and testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work legally authorized to work in the UK.
