The Programme

The Graduate Software Engineering Programme has been carefully designed to provide you with a robust understanding of the technological underpinnings of our business. From user solutions to systems engineering, you will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of our Engineering teams, ranging from Full-Stack Engineers, RAD Developers, Data Engineers, and Algorithmic Trading.

In parallel, you will be equipped with a rigorous educational curriculum – consisting of interactive modules, seminars, and group discussions – to supplement your learning and development.

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong academic background in a STEM discipline.
  • Exceptional programming ability, paired with a natural flair for problem-solving.
  • Deep intellectual curiosity and a habit of asking “why?” until the answer is clear.
  • The confidence to challenge ideas and the openness to be constructively challenged in return.
  • A strong sense of ownership, urgency and personal accountability.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with technologies such as Python, Pandas, C++, Java or Go.
  • Sharp analytical instincts and a solid foundation in mathematical reasoning.
  • A constant drive for self-improvement and technical growth.
  • Clear, courteous, and thoughtful communication – especially in collaborative settings.

Desirable

  • Experience with Excel VBA.
  • Beginner/intermediate knowledge or strong interest in energy and/or commodities markets.
