Graduate Software Engineer
Graduate Software Engineer (Motorsport) – Starting Summer 2026

About the Role
We seek a talented and inquisitive Graduate Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in London. reporting directly into our product and engineering leaders, you’ll shape motorsport applications, adopting a production mindset. This is a C++ role, but equivalent expertise in C#, Java, or another object-oriented language with proof of transferable skills will be considered.

What You’ll Do
- Design and implement professional applications for elite-level motorsport
- Apply versatile problem-solving, from feature development to core engineering
- Maintain and debug software while supporting technical inquiries
- Develop documentation and tests and contribute to codebases
- Own work through from conception to deployment, adhering to strict timelines
What You’ll Need
✅ Proven experience in C++ (or equivalent languages with willingness to upskill) ✅ Degree in Computer Science or a technical/engineering field ✅ Efficient implementation of data structures and algorithms ✅ Strong passion for technology ✅ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
(Note: A background in agile projects or UI/UX may be beneficial, but is not mandatory.)
Nice to Have
🏁 Knowledge or interest in motorsport 🎮 Experience with Agile/Visual Studio tools 🎥 Exposure to video processing applications 🌐 Familiarity with networking concepts and Windows development
