We have an opportunity for a Graduate Structural Analysis Engineer to join the team at our Silverstone facility. In this role you will be performing calculations, finite element analysis, and optimizations of car structures at the assembly and component level. We aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team. Conduct simulations and optimisations across critical car systems to ensure weight-efficient, robust, and high-performing designs Perform advanced structural analyses using industry-leading software (linear/nonlinear, buckling, fatigue and optimisations) as well as conventional hand calculation methods Collaborate closely with design groups to challenge concepts, refine load paths, and influence design evolution from concept through to track deployment Prepare high-quality documentation and present findings in technical reviews, ensuring clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders Lead initiatives to improve analysis workflows, enhance modelling accuracy, and support the development of best practices within the CAE group Assist material development works and participate T&V tests to improve material modelling accuracy

What do we need from you? Degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline Expert in finite element and conventional hand calculation methods, with advanced proficiency in HyperWorks and/or Abaqus Experience in CAD-FEA integration, automation scripting (e.g., Python, TCL), and handling complex load case environments Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional design decisions Strong organisational skills with a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset Commitment to fostering an inclusive, open, and collaborative team environment A team like no other.
