Structural Engineering Graduate – Leeds, West Yorkshire
About the Role
My client, a leading firm of engineering consultants with multiple U.K.-wide offices, is seeking a Structural Engineering Graduate with:
- 1–2 years of post-graduation experience
- Relevant experience in design and structural analysis
You will join their team in Leeds, West Yorkshire, working on a wide range of building structures across offices, retail, residential, and industrial projects.
The company offers excellent training and mentorship to support your progression towards chartered status/MICE/MIStructE.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications: A Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience:
- 1+ years as a structural engineer, preferably with design and analysis experience.
- Familiarity with design software, such as TSD, Tedds, or equivalent.
- Technical duties:
- Providing technical support for report writing and presentations.
- Ability to attend design meetings, site inspections, and construction-stage liaising.
- Student/membership status: Already holding experience in a UK-based engineering consultancy firm (preferably with site access).
- Requirements for site access: Must have a full, clean UK driving licence.
- Legaland communication skills:
- Strong liaison abilities with contractors, clients, and other consultants.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Salary: £28,000–£34,000 (negotiable based on experience).
