About the Role
Job Title: Structural Engineer
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Working under the guidance of a Senior Structural Engineer
- Undertaking detailed design work in all materials
- Writing of engineering reports and calculation packs
- Attendance at site and client meetings
- Complying with company H&S standards at all times
Additional responsibilities (dependent on experience and job requirements):
- Other unique duties commensurate with experience

Person Specification
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience at Engineer level, with an accredited BEng in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Willingness and ability to train towards Professional Membership accreditations (IStructE, MICE)
- Excellent numeracy skills and a strong understanding of general mathematics are essential
Technical Proficiency:
- Use of Revit, AutoCAD, TEDDS, Tekla Structures would be advantageous (not mandatory)
Skills and Competencies:
- Outstanding organisation, communication, and presentation skills are essential
