About the Role
We're hiring a Graduate Supply Chain Analyst to join the Supply Chain team at Zima Dental. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who wants steep learning, real ownership, and hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing, high-volume physical product business moves goods from factory to customer. From day one, you'll be trusted to help deliver against key supply chain metrics and support projects that directly impact cost, product availability, and growth.
This role sits within the supply chain vertical, but you'll work end to end across the full chain: production, freight and logistics, warehousing and fulfilment, and forecasting and planning. You'll also collaborate closely with teams across Operations, Product, Marketing, Quality, and Customer Experience to keep product flowing and projects moving quickly, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is not a traditional early career role where you rotate passively between departments. You'll be expected to contribute immediately, solve problems independently, and take ownership early. You'll work closely with senior leadership and gain real exposure to how supply chain decisions are made and how they ripple across the business. The expectation is not just that you support projects, but that you actively help drive them forward.
This is a fast-paced environment with high standards and high expectations. In return, high performers are given rapid progression, significant ownership, and the opportunity to grow into leadership roles quickly.
If you want responsibility early, genuine breadth and depth across supply chain, plenty of analytical challenges, and the opportunity to accelerate your career far faster than in a traditional corporate environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Supply Chain Execution:
- Work across the full end-to-end supply chain, from production through to final delivery. You won't own each stage outright, but you'll be hands-on across all of them.
- Work directly with suppliers on production and order coordination, helping ensure orders are placed, tracked, and delivered on time and to spec.
- Oversee freight management, making sure processes run efficiently and that freight is coordinated in a timely manner in line with stock requirements.
- Track and monitor the performance of our key 3PL accounts to keep fulfilment operations running efficiently.
- Work within the Zima Dental ERP, building a deep understanding of the platform and setting up processes that ensure it is used correctly and consistently across the whole team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
