Role Description
The Graduate Surveyor role is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The role involves supporting senior surveyors in undertaking property inspections, collating and analyzing market data, and assisting with preparation of valuation reports and advisory documents. Daily tasks include:

The Graduate Surveyor will liaise with clients and stakeholders under supervision, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery of instructions. The role also includes structured training, support toward professional qualifications (such as RICS), and participation in internal meetings and site visits.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research abilities, including data gathering, market analysis, and report drafting.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and clear presentation of findings.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with numerical and financial information.
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Real Estate, Property, Land Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Interest in valuation, investment, development consultancy, and wider real estate advisory services.
- Willingness to work on-site, conduct property inspections in London and beyond, and travel as required.
- Motivation to pursue professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) and engage in continuous learning and development.
