The opportunity
Our client is looking for a Graduate Sustainability Consultant to join their London team. This is a rare chance to start your career at the heart of the net-zero transition, working alongside experienced consultants on projects that genuinely move the needle for clients across multiple sectors.
You'll be advising organisations on how to measure, reduce and report their environmental impact — turning ambitious sustainability targets into practical, deliverable plans. If you want a career where your work has a measurable effect on the world while building a serious professional skill set, this is it.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting client projects across carbon footprinting, net-zero strategy, ESG reporting and sustainability data analysis.
- Gathering, validating and analysing environmental data to uncover insights and track progress.
- Helping prepare clear, compelling reports and presentations for clients.
- Researching evolving regulations, frameworks and best practice (e.g. GHG Protocol, SECR, CSRD, TCFD).
- Working directly with clients to understand their challenges and help shape solutions.
- Contributing to a collaborative team where your ideas are heard from day one.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
