Job Title: Graduate Systems & Data Analyst

Location: Harrogate

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

As a Graduate Systems & Data Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical and analytical skills while supporting the delivery of digital systems, dashboards and data solutions. Working alongside experienced team members, you'll help transform operational data into meaningful insights, support the development of innovative technology solutions and gain hands on experience across systems, reporting and analytics.

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional who is curious about technology, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a career in data and digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance digital dashboards and control platforms.
  • Support the implementation and management of dashboards using tools such as JavaScript, MQTT and similar technologies.
  • Assist in building, testing, and improving software solutions to capture, process, and visualise operational data.
  • Create reports and data insights using tools such as Power BI and automation platforms to support business decision making.
  • Analyse data trends and help identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and platform performance.
  • Work with colleagues to optimise data flows, system processes and digital solutions.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues within dashboards or connected systems.
  • Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement projects through innovative use of technology.
  • Develop knowledge of emerging technologies and apply new approaches where appropriate.

Skills & Experience

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or a technology related discipline would be beneficial.
  • An interest in data, technology and using digital solutions to solve real world problems.
  • Some experience or familiarity with JavaScript, MQTT, SQL or similar technologies would be advantageous.
  • Interest or experience using dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI or Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive, solution focused attitude with the ambition to grow and develop within a technology and analytics career.
