The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across KS2 with general classroom duties. You will work alongside the class teacher to help pupils stay engaged, complete learning tasks, and build confidence. You will provide support during lessons, assist with small-group activities, and help create a positive, organized classroom environment.

The Candidate
This role will suit a creative, reliable graduate who is keen to gain primary school experience before progressing into teaching or education. You should be confident supporting children, able to explain ideas clearly, and willing to get involved in all areas of classroom life.
Requirements
- 2:2 degree or above in a creative subject.
- A genuine interest in primary education and supporting KS2 pupils.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, positive approach.
- The ability to work well with pupils, teachers, and support staff.
- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
