Graduate Teaching Assistant | The Role
- Support pupils across the classroom, small groups and 1:1
- Work alongside experienced teachers and school leaders
- Help raise attainment in English, Maths and wider curriculum areas
- Support pupils with confidence, organisation and learning routines
- Gain practical experience in behaviour management, lesson support and intervention
Graduate Teaching Assistant | Candidate Requirements
- 2:1 or above in a core subject or related degree
- Strong GCSEs and A-Levels preferred
- Clear interest in education and teaching
- Confident, reliable and professional
- Able to commit for the full academic year
