What We're Looking for in a Graduate Teaching Assistant

  • A graduate with a genuine passion for working with children
  • A degree in Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care, or a related subject is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
  • Experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
  • A Graduate Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, resilient, and eager to learn
