Graduate Teaching Assistant responsibilities include supporting pupils in class, delivering interventions and providing targeted academic support Graduate Teaching Assistant will work with individuals and small groups to raise attainment and confidence Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom activities and assessment tasks Support pupils with SEND and those requiring additional learning support Graduate Teaching Assistant will contribute positively to the wider school community Graduate Teaching Assistant applicants should hold a minimum 2:1 degree from a leading UK university Previous experience working with children is desirable Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills are essential Graduate Teaching Assistant candidates must be enthusiastic, proactive and committed to improving outcomes for young people A genuine passion for education and child development is required
