Working alongside experienced teachers, you will support students across Years 7-11, helping individuals and small groups to achieve their full potential. You'll gain first-hand experience of outstanding teaching practice while building the confidence and skills needed for a successful teaching career.
The Role
Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- September start
- Supporting students across Years 7-11
- Working alongside experienced teachers in an Outstanding secondary school
- Excellent preparation for PGCE or teacher training

The Ideal Candidate
- A graduate with aspirations of becoming a secondary school teacher
- Previous experience working with young people, either paid or voluntary
- Experience may include tutoring, mentoring, sports coaching, youth work, school placements, overseas teaching, or similar
- Enthusiastic, proactive and passionate about education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
