Responsibilities

  • Support pupils in class, deliver interventions, and provide targeted academic support
  • Work with individuals and small groups to raise attainment and build confidence
  • Assist teachers with:
    • Lesson preparation
    • Classroom activities
    • Assessment tasks
  • Provide additional learning support, especially for pupils with SEND
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community

Requirements

  • Hold a minimum 2:1 degree from a leading UK university
  • Previous experience working with children is desirable
  • Strong:
    • Communication skills
    • Organisational skills
    • Interpersonal skills
  • Candidates must be:
    • Enthusiastic
    • Proactive
    • Committed to improving outcomes for young people
    • Show a genuine passion for education and child development
