- Salary: £100–£115 per day

Responsibilities
- Support pupils in class, deliver interventions, and provide targeted academic support
- Work with individuals and small groups to raise attainment and build confidence
- Assist teachers with:
- Lesson preparation
- Classroom activities
- Assessment tasks
- Provide additional learning support, especially for pupils with SEND
- Contribute positively to the wider school community
Requirements
- Hold a minimum 2:1 degree from a leading UK university
- Previous experience working with children is desirable
- Strong:
- Communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Candidates must be:
- Enthusiastic
- Proactive
- Committed to improving outcomes for young people
- Show a genuine passion for education and child development
