Transport Exchange Group Ltd (TEG) is looking for exceptional graduates and postgraduates who have consistently demonstrated academic excellence and are ready to begin an accelerated career within a growing technology and fintech SaaS company.

About the Program

Our Graduate Technology, AI & Business Program has been designed to develop the next generation of business and technology leaders. The 12-month program is designed to unlock your potential and provide a strong foundation for a thriving career in the fintech industry.

Successful candidates will join one of the following pathways:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Business Analysis
  • Java Software Development
  • Flutter Mobile Development
  • Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Throughout the program, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to live projects, and develop the commercial, technical, and leadership skills needed to build an outstanding career.

This structured journey ensures you gain end-to-end business exposure, building the confidence and capability to accelerate your career within TEG.

  • A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or be completing a postgraduate qualification following a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree).
  • A minimum of A*AA at A-Level, including A-Level Further Mathematics (mandatory).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Applications that do not meet these minimum academic requirements will not be progressed.

Languages (desirable): English plus one of: Romanian, German, Spanish, French, or Polish

  • Job Type: Full-time, Graduate & Postgraduate Program (minimum 2:1)
  • Induction Location: Bewley House, Marshfield Road, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1JW
  • London Location: London King's Cross (following successful completion of the induction program)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday onsite, 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Work Authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
