About Mous

We are Mous. (Pronounced mouse, not moose.) People deserve tech and lifestyle products that are fit for purpose, perform as promised, and empower them to be their best. That’s why we’re building the go-to brand for products that genuinely deliver.

For over 10 years, we’ve pushed product performance to its limits, designing from first principles, validating through real-world testing, and investing millions in R&D. In parallel, we’ve built world-class in-house marketing capabilities, creating highly engaging, performance-led content that proves what our products can do and resonates with a passionate, fast-growing community around the brand.

From throwing phones off dams to launching category-defining products, our ambition is simple: raise the standard of the industry and build one of the most effective consumer brands in the world.

About the Role

As our new Graduate Technical Project Manager, you'll join our Product team and play a key role in delivering and scaling our customisation offering. Acting as the link between Mous and our production partners, you'll help ensure our production lines run efficiently, launches are delivered on time, and our products consistently meet the high-quality standards our customers expect.

From coordinating new device and Mous Collabs launches to supporting operational improvements, onboarding new production facilities, and optimising manufacturing processes, you'll work across the full product lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with Design, Marketing, Production, and external suppliers, giving you broad exposure to both technical project management and product operations. Regular travel to our UK-based production partners, with occasional international trips, will be a key part of the role as well.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership. You'll have the autonomy to make an impact from day one, working in a fast-paced environment where you'll help shape how we deliver and scale one of Mous' most innovative product offerings.

About You

You're a proactive, driven individual who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership. Early in your career, you're excited by the opportunity to work across multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a tangible impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You have strong organisational skills and an analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to identify opportunities, improve processes, and optimise workflows. Whether you've gained experience through internships, placements, university projects, or your first role, you're comfortable managing priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and keeping projects moving forward.

You're naturally curious and enjoy learning new technical skills. Most importantly, you're someone who takes initiative, builds strong relationships, and is eager to develop your career in product and technical project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations and Production Management – Work with our printing partners to manage and maintain our customisation production lines. Monitor performance, improve efficiency, and optimise yield through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Project Management – Ensure successful, on-time launches for new Mous Collabs artwork and device launches. Manage smaller-scale development projects to improve process and operational efficiency and future-proof our production line capabilities, while also supporting B2B project delivery.
  • Sourcing and Activating – Support larger operational upgrades, including onboarding additional production facilities and implementing new customisation processes and technologies.
  • Supplier, Logistics & Manufacturing Coordination – Build close relationships with our printing partners. Spend time on-site at our customisation partners to facilitate key launches and incremental improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Industrial Design, Marketing, and Production teams and external suppliers to align closely on timelines, costs, and project deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance – Support the development and execution of testing protocols to ensure products consistently meet internal quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Training – Manage operational training across printing partners and maintain clear, accurate production documentation.

How will success be measured?

  • Quickly build a strong understanding of the role, processes, and key responsibilities within the Product team
  • Demonstrate a proactive, self-driven approach, taking ownership and identifying opportunities to improve without relying on constant direction
  • Become increasingly self-sufficient in managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and driving tasks forward
  • Progress towards independently owning a project through to successful delivery, with the goal of leading a launch from concept through to completion
