Day-to-Day Responsibilities

You will:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues, providing functional advice.
  • Assist clients in configuring the platform for their needs and testing new releases.
  • Conduce customer analysis, both onsite and remotely, to identify improvement opportunities and evaluate platform requirements.

What It Takes to Thrive Here

You must have:

  • A 2:1+ in a STEM degree, with strong A-levels (minimum AAB), including an A in Maths.
  • A logical, analytical mindset, exceptional organisation skills, and rapid learning ability.
  • Confident communication and a genuine enjoyment of collaborative teamwork.
