We are currently looking for ambitious graduates to join a leading investment manager in their London office. The Technology Support & Infrastructure team, based in London, is responsible for the design, build and maintenance of the firm's Technology Infrastructure and provision of technical support for all users. The team comprises desktop support analysts, an Infrastructure Specialist (this role) and a hands-on technical manager.

- Ensure optimal availability and performance of end user hardware and software
- Ensure cybersecurity infrastructure is fully operational, with complementary policies and procedures to maximise protection through defence in depth
Ensure provision of high quality support to the business:
- Respond to User and IT Staff queries, providing 1st/2nd line support
- Work with vendors as appropriate and manage the support process between Vendor/Technology/End-users

Manage & maintain specific desktop & cyber infrastructure components:
- Windows Desktop, mobile and desktop applications are necessary for core and non-core business processes
- Security Applications
- Infrastructure Applications
Requirements:
- Graduate with a relevant degree, or suitable work experience
- Great communication skills
- Passion for learning new technologies.
