By joining our Technology pathway, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills across a range of technical roles. Depending on your strengths and interests, you may progress into roles such as:
- Engineering: Software Developer, DevOps Analyst, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Test Analyst
- AI: AI Analyst
- Information Security: Cybersecurity Analyst, Information Security Analyst, SOC Analyst, Privacy Analyst
- Support & Operations: Service Desk Analyst, Application Support Analyst, Production Support Analyst
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting software development and engineering tasks
- Assisting with deployments and infrastructure
- Monitoring systems and resolving technical issues
- Contributing to testing and quality assurance
- Supporting IT service and operational delivery
Technical Skills (Advantageous)
- Programming (Java, Python or similar)
- CI/CD, version control
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
