Graduate Technology Consultant Programme (October 2026)
Join Sigma Labs: Our 15-Week Training Programme
We are Sigma Labs, an education-focused B Corp, providing free industry-leading training and coaching to graduates. Our graduates then become high-performance consultants in technical and non-technical roles at our client organisations.
How It Works
You’ll join our 15-week full-time programme, led by expert coaches, in a hands-on, supportive environment:
- Learn essential skills, including:
- Coding fundamentals
- Data analytics
- Professional excellence through industry-relevant collaboration
- Team performance within high-pressure, demanding settings
After training, we place you with one of our brilliant client organisations for a two-year contract—earning £30k in Year 1 and £38k in Year 2.
