Graduate Technology Sales Executive

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (Office-based with hybrid working after probation)

Salary: £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000–£50,000 in Year 1)

What a Graduate Sales Executive will be doing?

  • Building relationships with prospective business customers.
  • Identifying opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Understanding customer challenges and recommending suitable technology solutions.
  • Booking meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales consultants.
  • Managing your own pipeline using their CRM system.
  • Working closely with marketing and account management teams.
  • Consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets.
