iO-Sphere works with Oxfordshire employers who'd rather hire on proven ability than a CV with no work history on it. Instead of sifting applications, we select candidates through a 10-week programme where you work on real data and show what you can actually do — and our partner employers hire directly from the cohort.
It's fully funded by Enterprise Oxfordshire through the Skills Bootcamps programme — free to you, no fees to the employer.
