At TT Electronics, we're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious graduate to join our Manufacturing Systems Engineering Graduate Programme - a brand-new, two-year scheme designed to accelerate your development and set you up for a meaningful, long-term career in engineering manufacturing.
Role Overview And Responsibilities
Starting in September 2026, based at our Manufacturing facility in Fairford, Gloucestershire, this programme puts you right at the heart of our manufacturing operations. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience and work on real projects that shape how our products are designed, built, and improved - all while supporting our global commitment to innovation and sustainability.
Through a series of structured rotations across Assembly & Test Engineering, Continuous Improvement, New Product Introduction, and Quality, you’ll:
- Own improvement initiatives
- Drive enhancement projects
- Support design change releases
- Deliver problem-solving close-outs
Making a measurable difference to performance, quality, and efficiency.
Upon successful completion of the two-year scheme, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a permanent role at TT Electronics, building a career that grows with you.

Qualifications, Skills And Attributes

We’re open to applications from graduates with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) degree backgrounds who are:

Nationality and Security Restrictions
Please be aware that many roles at TT Electronics are subject to both security and export control restrictions which means that limitations relating to nationality may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates must achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). TT Electronics is unable to sponsor work visas for this role.
