Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career with a high-performing recruitment consultancy?
Our client is an established specialist recruitment business that partners with leading consulting, advisory, legal, technology and professional services firms across the UK, Europe and North America.
They are looking for ambitious graduates to join their February 2027 intake and build a long-term career in executive search and specialist recruitment.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll receive structured training, genuine responsibility from day one and a clear pathway to becoming a successful consultant.
The role
You will work alongside experienced recruiters to identify and engage exceptional talent for some of the world's leading businesses.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching markets and identifying high calibre candidates
- Speaking with professionals to understand their experience, motivations and career goals
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Building long term relationships with candidates and clients
- Supporting senior consultants on retained and contingent assignments
- Learning business development and how to win new client relationships

About you
We're looking for graduates who are:
- Educated to degree level, ideally achieving a 2:1 or above
- Bright, ambitious and commercially minded
- Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships
- Resilient, proactive and motivated by success
- Naturally curious with an interest in business
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, high performance environment
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, sales or other people focused roles is advantageous but not essential.
