The Role
You’ll work alongside experienced recruiters to:
- Identify and engage exceptional talent for some of the world’s leading businesses.
- Research markets to find high-calibre candidates.
- Speak with professionals to understand their experience, motivations, and career goals.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Support senior consultants on retained and contingent assignments.
- Learn business development and how to secure new client relationships.

About You
We’re looking for graduates who:
- Are educated to degree level, ideally with a 2:1 or above.
- Are bright, ambitious, and commercially minded.
- Strong communicators with a passion for building relationships.
- Resilient, proactive, and driven by success.
- Naturally curious with an interest in business.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Previous experience in:
- Hospitality
- Retail
- Customer service
- Sales
- People-focused roles
is advantageous but not essential.
