What You'll Be Doing

- Use digital tools, referrals, and events to find top talent
- Interview and assess candidates to match them with the right roles
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiate offers—Make placements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (360) from start to finish
- Vertical market specialist
