Job Opportunity for Graduates

Are you a recent graduate who enjoys building web-based forms, solving practical problems and using technology to make processes work better? We’re looking for a motivated graduate to join our People and Organisation Service and gain hands-on experience developing web-based forms for our HR service, alongside supporting the development of data dashboards and reports.

This opportunity would particularly suit someone who enjoys building forms, wants to apply their HTML and Visual Basic skills in a real-world setting, and enjoys working with data. As part of the role, you’ll also be supported to complete an accredited PRINCE2 project management qualification and apply your learning to real service priorities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the design, development, testing and maintenance of bespoke digital web forms and workflows, working with users to understand requirements and improve digital processes.
  • Assist in the development, enhancement and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards, helping to ensure accurate, timely and meaningful data insight.
  • Work with colleagues across the People & Organisation service to support systems integration, data quality and the effective flow of information between digital tools and platforms.
  • Contribute to defined digital, data and improvement projects, supporting documentation, testing, user guidance and continuous improvement activity.
  • Develop technical, analytical and professional skills through supervised work, training and project involvement, supporting progression into a specialist digital, data or systems role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
