A high-performing all-through school in Hounslow is seeking an ambitious Graduate Tutor Fellow to join its team from September 2026. As a Graduate Tutor Fellow, you'll work closely with teachers to:
- Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions.

About the Role
This position offers excellent preparation for teacher training while allowing you to make a lasting impact immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group academic interventions.
- Support teachers in lessons to maximise student progress.
- Use assessment data to identify learning needs and adapt support.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families to fostering an inclusive, high-expectation environment.
- Assist with extracurricular activities, educational visits and school initiatives.
- Uphold the highest safeguarding standards and maintain professionalism.

Person Specification
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- A high-achieving graduate with a strong academic background.
- Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- A reflective, proactive, and resilient approach to learning.
- A genuine passion for education and dedication to helping young people succeed.
- Aspirations to train as a teacher or pursue a long-term career in education.
