A high-performing all-through school in Hounslow is seeking an ambitious Graduate Tutor Fellow to join its team from September 2026. About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group academic interventions.
  • Support teachers in lessons to maximise student progress.
  • Use assessment data to identify learning needs and adapt support.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families to fostering an inclusive, high-expectation environment.
  • Assist with extracurricular activities, educational visits and school initiatives.
  • Uphold the highest safeguarding standards and maintain professionalism.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • A high-achieving graduate with a strong academic background.
  • Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A reflective, proactive, and resilient approach to learning.
  • A genuine passion for education and dedication to helping young people succeed.
  • Aspirations to train as a teacher or pursue a long-term career in education.
