What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll train to become a Chartered Valuation Surveyor & RICS registered valuer, working across diverse real estate sectors:
- Industrial, offices, and retail properties
- Large residential portfolios
- Valuation projects for secured lending (lenders, pension funds, financial statements, public sector)
- Support in completing your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), including exposure to agency, lease advisory, and property management

Requirements
- RICS-accredited BSc or MSc (preferred)
- Valid driving licence (sinfluctual for regular business travel) Note: While we consider academic achievements, your individual strengths and passion for the industry are key.
