Fortell Automotive builds voice AI products for automotive businesses, helping them answer calls, support customers, book appointments, capture information, and deliver a better customer experience.
We are a founder-led company building voice AI agents for the UK Automotive sector. We're deliberately focused on one niche rather than trying to be all things to all businesses, so you'll get to see a product area in real depth rather than a scattergun of features. It's an early-stage environment, which means more responsibility sooner and more say in how things get built.
We are looking for a smart, ambitious Graduate Voice AI Product Manager to help us design, test, and improve our voice AI products. This is a great role for someone early in their career who is interested in AI, large language models, voice technology, customer service, and product management.
The Role
You will work closely with customers, product managers, engineers, and delivery teams to understand what automotive businesses need from voice AI. You will help turn customer requirements into clear product flows, test AI conversations, improve voice models, and make sure our products deliver a fast, helpful, and natural experience for callers. This is a hands-on role. You will not just write documents. You will listen to calls, test conversations, spot problems, improve scripts and prompts, and help make the AI better every week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
