Graduate / Junior Interior Designer – Join MCM

MCM is looking for a talented Graduate or Junior Interior Designer to join our London studio. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an award-winning team on some of the UK's most innovative workplace, commercial and mixed-use projects.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting project teams from concept through to delivery.
- Developing space planning, design concepts and presentation materials.
- Assisting with client presentations, workshops and design reviews.
- Producing drawings, mood boards, visualisations and design documentation.
- Collaborating with architects, strategists and designers across a wide range of sectors.
- Learning from experienced industry professionals and contributing your own ideas.

What we're looking for
- A degree in Interior Design or a related design discipline.
- 0–3 years' professional experience.
- Strong design, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g. Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp).
- An eye for detail and a passion for high-quality design.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and a collaborative mindset.
