What to Expect from the Role
If successfully chosen for our Graduates into Teaching Pathway, you will:
- Support pupils in:
- Small group settings
- 1:1 instruction
- Across partner secondary schools, SEN schools, and primary schools
- Join a mentorship and coaching programme to develop teaching-related skills
- Work in placements ** closest to your location**
Requirements
To be eligible for this programme, you must:
- Hold a degree in any subject (or be predicted to achieve one)
- Have a degree classification of 2.2 or above
- Achieve GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum grade C/4)
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be adaptable in a dynamic work environment
- Exhibit an organised and efficient approach to tasks
- Show a strong passion for working with young people, particularly in a secondary school setting
- Provide two referees for contact
- Either already have a DBS check or be able to obtain one
