What to Expect from the Role

If successfully chosen for our Graduates into Teaching Pathway, you will:

  • Support pupils in:
    • Small group settings
    • 1:1 instruction
  • Across partner secondary schools, SEN schools, and primary schools
  • Join a mentorship and coaching programme to develop teaching-related skills
  • Work in placements ** closest to your location**

Requirements

To be eligible for this programme, you must:

  • Hold a degree in any subject (or be predicted to achieve one)
  • Have a degree classification of 2.2 or above
  • Achieve GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum grade C/4)
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Be adaptable in a dynamic work environment
  • Exhibit an organised and efficient approach to tasks
  • Show a strong passion for working with young people, particularly in a secondary school setting
  • Provide two referees for contact
  • Either already have a DBS check or be able to obtain one
