The role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained across the full 360 recruitment process, including:
- Building strong client relationships
- Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates
- Managing interview processes and negotiating offers
- Developing your own specialist market
- Building a strong professional reputation within your sector
