The role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained across the full 360 recruitment process, including:

  • Building strong client relationships
  • Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates
  • Managing interview processes and negotiating offers
  • Developing your own specialist market
  • Building a strong professional reputation within your sector
