What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive structured training from your very first day and gradually learn every aspect of the recruitment lifecycle.
You'll learn how to:
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Source and engage exceptional talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Interview candidates and understand their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
- Match talented people with exciting career opportunities.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer negotiation and successful placement.
- Develop your business development and sales skills while building your own client portfolio.
- Become a trusted market expert by providing salary benchmarking, competitor analysis, and market insights.
- Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

Working Hours
At X4 Group, you'll have the opportunity to specialise in either the European or US market, with working hours aligned to your chosen team.
European Markets
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
US Markets
- Monday – Wednesday: 10:00am – 7:30pm
- Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
