Graduate Recruitment Consultant | £26.5k Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE Y1 £45-50k)

Lowen Talent has partnered exclusively with one of the fastest-growing education recruitment companies in the UK, a B Corp certified, employee-owned business with offices across several UK cities. They work with schools, colleges and education providers nationwide, spanning further education, higher education, SEN and support, the wider public sector and beyond, and they're now looking for their next graduate to join the team.

This isn't your typical graduate scheme. This is sales, relationship building, negotiation and problem solving, all rolled into one, with earnings that are entirely in your hands from day one.

Who they're looking for

A minimum 2:1 degree, any subject, this isn't about what you studied. What matters far more is a work ethic that can't be taught and a hunger to earn what you're actually worth.

If you've come through university having pushed yourself academically, or balanced your degree with work, sport or societies, this is your chance to put that same drive into building a career, not just landing your first job.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
