As part of the GrandFlex workforce, you’ll earn up to £14.45 per hour for your support in our close-knit cluster of nurseries while balancing the hours you prefer—16hrs per week to 40hrs.
Roles include qualified practitioner pay up to £14.45/hour.
What You’ll Do
As a GrandFlex Employee, you’ll help create nurturing spaces for children to thrive by:
- Being a positive role model while upholding GrandFlex * [ presumably GrandFlex UK’s heritage company, Grandir UK]’s values
- Supporting children’s learning, play, and wellbeing
- Ensuring activities engage children and families in a welcoming environment
- Collaborating with Level 3 qualified practitioners to plan and deliver sessions
- Maintaining strict professionalism and confidentiality
- Ensuring compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards
- Advancing our culture of care, teamwork, and continuous improvement
